I have seen many companies and teams struggling with test automation. Many of them are doing the same mistake when they start with test automation. They just pick a tool, maybe the most hyped one, and start with automation. This is a big mistake! Before you start with test automation, you should work on your strategy. What are the goals you want to achieve? What is the product or service you want to test? What is the used tech stack? There are more questions to raise.
