Reading Recommendations # 11

Reading Recommendations Daniel KnottHere is the 11th episode of my reading recommendations. This issue contains 7 great posts from topics like “Is it better to be a generalist or a specialist?”, “Strong leaders ask for help” to “Replacing QA with 100% automation”. There is a post about the mobile test automation tools KIF and Frank providing pros and cons of both tools. Furthermore, there are two great posts from Rob Lambert. The first one is “How do you measure the effectiveness of a tester? The only calculation you need” and I highly recommend you to read this one, especially when you are manager :). If you have the chance, spread this post within your company, this is important! The second post from Rob is a very nice collection of resources when you get started in the software testing industry. He listed lots of great book and blogs. Besides that Rob listed lots of software testing experts that are worth checking out. A big thank you to Rob, for providing this list.

In this edition I recommend to read both articles from Rob Lambert!
